Milling on site The moment olives are picked, their flavor and freshness begin to deteriorate, so it's essential to press them as quickly as possible. By pressing our olives within an hour of harvest, we preserve their vibrant, fresh taste and ensure that every drop of oil is packed with nutrients and antioxidants. |
