Since 1993, our family has found a home in the serene and captivating Santa Ynez Valley, just 120 miles northwest of Los Angeles. There’s a special kind of stillness here—one that seeps into your soul and encourages a deeper connection with the land. Crossing over the San Marcos pass and entering Santa Ynez feels like stepping into another world. It’s a place where time slows down, where the rhythms of nature become your own, and where the land generously shares its bounty. It’s here, in this tranquil valley, that we’ve come to love gathering with family and friends to enjoy long weekends filled with warm laughter around rambling meals filled with good and great wine.

For years, we’ve dreamed of creating something that celebrates this special feeling and invites others to create their own version of it. That dream became a reality in 2022 when we launched Erah of Inez, a project born from our passion for the land and our love of family and cooking. Our first venture is Olive Oil, a celebration of the fields of olive trees on our small organic farm. With those trees, the olives they produce, and our very own mill, we are committed to producing some of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in California—and beyond.

We hope each bottle encourages others to slow-down and cook with family and loved ones. Much like we do.
