Our Ultra Premium Blend is a once-a-year pressing, and one we’ve always kept close. Pressed just before the harvest begins, this oil captures the earliest, most vibrant character of our olives: bold, green, peppery, and full of nuance.
Our California Estate Blend is a balanced blend of our Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki olives, offering a smooth and versatile oil that is ideal for everyday use. With a slightly fruity and grassy profile, it’s perfect for drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables, and grilled fish and steaks. While we consider it a finishing oil, we also use it to cook, so who are we to judge!
