Our Olive Oil

Quality is at the heart of everything we do, that’s why we try to maintain a small farm where we can oversee each step of the process.

Picking while green

We pick our olives early in the season to ensure that they’re still green. While darker olives (the riper ones) produce more oil, the health benefits and polyphenols decrease significantly. By picking our olives early, we ensure that the oil they produce is packed with polyphenols, free fatty acids, and nutrients that not only promote a healthy oil but one that’s rich in flavor.

Organic Farm

We’re proud to be Organic Certified, meeting the standards of both the CCOF and COOC. This means we never use pesticides or chemicals anywhere on our farm. Instead everything is grown the way nature intended. This makes for happy, healthy trees which makes for a happy and healthy olive oil.

Milling on-site:

When it comes to the quality and taste of an olive oil, there are few bigger factors than the time it takes between an olive being picked and pressed. We are fortunate enough to have our very own mill on site. This means our olives never have to sit in a line or on a truck to get to a mill, instead they are cold-pressed within an hour of being picked.

Single-Estate

Our oil is made exclusively from olives grown on our farm. Unlike many brands that blend oils from multiple farms, we take pride in knowing that our oil is made from olives we’ve grown ourselves. This ensures consistency and quality from the grove to the bottle.
