Our Ultra Premium Blend is a once-a-year pressing, and one we’ve always kept close. Pressed just before the harvest begins, this oil captures the earliest, most vibrant character of our olives: bold, green, peppery, and full of nuance.

Because the yield is small, we’ve traditionally reserved this oil for our family and closest friends. But this year, we’re offering it to you all while supplies last.
